Amidst a challenging new homes market following the peak of Covid, we were tasked with significantly improving the sales rate from 0.5 to 1 across 15 underperforming developments within the client’s portfolio.

We conducted in-depth research on each of the 15 developments, thoroughly analysing buyer profiles, geographic factors, price-points, competition, brand awareness and online behaviours.

Using these insights, we developed tailored, strategic media plans for each development, directly addressing local market perceptions through highly targeted digital media activations. We amplified brand visibility and awareness via strategic placements on local TV, outdoor media, and radio in areas experiencing the lowest brand recognition.
